I don't have a provider or specialist providing support for my level 1 autism. However, I have requested a reasonable accommodation from my employer and I need to provide my employer with a document from a healthcare professional regarding my limitations and accommodation options
As an #Austic introvert, there are times when I literally have nothing to say. As in, I feel no compulsion to speak. 90% of the people I am around, however, have no compunction to be quiet, ever. American society was clearly built for them, not me.
Please tell me. I'm 30 and I still don't have the answer...
Though the advice is sound, if you need to get it from here you're in trouble really...

'Zackly!😡 They are infamous for doing this, & not just with #Mental health. #Women & #girls particularly suffer from this & I'm haunted with the thought of how many undiagnosed #Austic girls & women there are out there.🙄

As an #Austic creative, I've come to realize my biggest difficulties in promoting my stuff, especially on social media, is that it's difficult to do what I myself do not like other people to do. Mostly I like to engage and discuss, not hear promotions only. So, I tend not to promote when I should. 😑
