Today is both Juneteenth and Autistic Pride Day, and I think it's relevant to mention that mental health education and advocacy is not just a "white" thing.
Neurodivergience exists within the Black community.

I'm not really one for these things, but as I am #autistic and undergoing an #ADHD diagnostic assessment, I might as well say hi and send all my fellow spicy brains some love.
