4 years ago I was fast forwarding through one of my several hundred home-taped vhs of whatever and spotted this absolute banger of a shirt one of the characters was wearing but I don't remember the soap and I didn't label the tape and it's quite a pattern. #beatles #avedon #vhs #shirtsky

Fountain pen vignettes of Richard Avedon photos. I learned a lot: silhouette for him was king. He loved dramatic angles and lines. The fewer distractions the better.
