Made some Vegan Pesto 🌿🌱loosely based on recipe from minimalistbaker .com . I used my spice grinder and thought I had lemon but I didn't so I used a bit of balsamic and veggie broth. Turned out great and tossed in pasta. 🌿🌱 #Vegan #VeganFood #VeganMealPrep #Pesto #Basil 🌿🌱 #Nooch

From Jan 17 to today. I bought a $6 basil plant, teased out some of the individual plants out of the root ball, and planted them in their own containers. 2 months later and after 1 top prune, they are looking great! #basil #gardening

Pruned basil plant in 4" pots bushing out.
About 2-3 weeks since pruning the main growing stalk of the basil, they are successfully bushing out nicely! Need to find a place for them tho...they can't live here much longer. #gardening #basil
