Birchtech Announces Pricing of $15 Million Public Offering and Uplisting to NYSE American Stock Exchange Birchtech (NYSE American: BCHT) priced an underwritten public offering of 6,250,000 common shares at $2.40 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $15.0 million. The company granted a 30-day option for an additional 937,500 shares to cover over-allotments.Proceeds will be used for continuing operating expenses, working capital and general corporate purposes. Birchtech’s common stock will begin trading on the NYSE American on or about February 26, 2026, and OTCQB trading will terminate; the TSX listing will remain.
