For those who are wanting to know what “disturbances” I am talking about, you can see a couple of rises & a fall in water levels around high tide. If I expand the plot, you don’t see those in the previous high tides. Perhaps just a passing boat or maybe more?

The first in a series of #Tsunami “waves” around 30 cms has made its way up Alberni Inlet to the Port Alberni BC. The swells likely to be enhanced a bit by the topography of the inlet but should not pose any issues for the town itself.
