Certain BlackRock Funds (BOE, BCX) Announce Final Results of Tender Offers BlackRock has announced the final results of tender offers for two of its closed-end funds: BlackRock Enhanced Global Dividend Trust (BOE) and BlackRock Resources & Commodities Strategy Trust (BCX). Each fund offered to purchase up to 2.5% of its outstanding common shares. The tender offers, which expired on May 19, 2025, were oversubscribed for both funds.For BOE, 12,288,978 shares were tendered, with 1,425,644 shares to be purchased at $11.8776 per share (98% of NAV) with a pro-ration factor of 0.11614930. For BCX, 14,138,859 shares were tendered, with 1,954,822 shares to be purchased at $9.7314 per share with a pro-ration factor of 0.13831200. Payments are expected within five business days after the expiration date.

Certain BlackRock Funds (BOE, BCX) Announce Expiration and Preliminary Results of Tender Offers BlackRock has announced the preliminary results of tender offers for two of its closed-end funds: BlackRock Enhanced Global Dividend Trust (BOE) and BlackRock Resources & Commodities Strategy Trust (BCX). Each fund offered to repurchase up to 2.5% of its outstanding common shares. The tender offers were significantly oversubscribed, with BOE receiving tenders for 12,288,978 shares against 1,425,644 shares offered, and BCX receiving 14,138,859 shares versus 1,954,822 shares offered. The purchase price will be 98% of each Fund's NAV as of May 20, 2025. Due to oversubscription, shares will be purchased on a prorated basis, with final results expected to be announced around May 20, 2025.
