You’re wearing it.” In Tsuyu’s defense, when taking said sweater, she had never anticipated Ochako could come looking for it before she didn’t need it anymore. “Yeah, I’m sorry.” She started out, nodding. “I got cold and all of mine are in the wash. but you can have it back...” In fact, as she spoke, Tsuyu was already motioning to take it off; her laundry wasn’t supposed to take much longer to dry (last time she had checked, around ten minutes prior, it was close to being done), and she could always wrap herself in a blanket while waiting. Ochako’s next words, though, made her immediately stop. “No, it’s okay! You can use it for as long as you need, I just wanted to know where it was. So, if you have it, it’s fine.” She instantly assured her, nodding several times for more emphasis. Then, after a brief pause… “Suits you, too.” “Oh.” For a moment, Tsuyu could have sworn Ochacko’s cheeks were starting to get tinted with pink-- just for a moment, because her own face heating up made it so she couldn’t hold eye contact for long. She should work on that, because Ochako was no girl she saw every now and then, but one of her best friends who also was in the same class and dorm as her. But hey, bit by bit, right? “Thanks, Ochako-chan.” Tsuyu managed to say, at least.
