Nose - Smoky lemon curd but in a good way
Palate - smoky with a hint of ash, buttery flavours and hint of spice.
Finish - Smoky, ashy with a side dish of fruits and spice. Not unpleasant but not as good as the preceding two.

Nose-Dialling back the funk on this one, light, sophisticated, possibly peated, oily and sweet
Palate-more dessert like flavours apple and blackcurrant tart by a roaring wood fire.
Finish-Smoke swirling around a firepit of yumminess with a slightly bitter aftertaste
