I think this is probably at in part Oloroso influenced. I'm a fan of this. This is a very solid 4. Per D3, at the right price a bottle of this might be in the post soon. Lovely.

Palate - new toy plastic, rubber bands, sweet mustiness sharp white pepper kick and an occasional effervescence.
Finish - Plastic, sweet engine oil,

Delicious. Tastes as it smells! Leather, old books, tobacco smoke, treacle, prunes, burnt caramel. The temperature has dropped and this is like sitting next to an open fire.
I can't decide if it's peated or not. I think it might be but it's subtle. Bowmore?
