Dear #BTOpenReach. Yesterday Sky connection cable snapped in high winds. Sky were great and booked one of your engineers to come today. Nobody appeared so they rang you and were told shortage of engineers. So no TV no broadband. Vaguely you will ring with a new time. Not really good enough is it?

Credit where it’s due to #TalkTalk who along with #BTOpenreach sorted out my elderly Mum’s landline phone problems on the *same day* I contacted them online (today). BT site visit to fix the line within 4 hours & she later rang me to say her phone lifeline was restored. Ngl I wasn’t expecting it 👏👏👏
