We recently unveiled a roadside marker commemorating the airport's 75th anniversary.
The marker is now in place at the Thomas Dixon Aircraft Observation Area, just south of the airport.

Most major airports have a 3-letter IATA code. For our first 30 years, our IATA code was BAL.
