Maia’s death was preventable, and caused by outdated, unsafe practices at Kingston Hospital and growth monitoring that diverged from national standards.
Yesterday I joined the Miscarriage Association and Co-op to mark our recent success in making miscarriage bereavement leave law, on what was also the last day of #BabyLossAwarenessWeek.
