I like these a lot and I think there's huge value in vegetable gardening. But, I lean towards permaculture with robust natives in my own #backyardjungle to promote habitat. So I grow lots of fruit trees and then lots of shrubs and a variety of shade trees - great for birds and insects.

Absolutely. No matter how tiny your yard or garden is you can make habitat for wildlife. From soil microbes to mammals...you can have a positive impact. Seek out native plants to start your journey.
Build it - wildlife will come.
