Hmm I'm on a train back from Ballarat to Melbourne, and stopped a while at Rockbank due to a "train fault". From talking to the conductor, sounds like the hose which drops sand on the track came unstuck. We're moving now, anyway, at cautious speed. Fingers crossed!
