5 mushrooms, sliced, fried in peanut oil with 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped) for 5 minutes. Then in a bowl mix 1tsp honey, 1tsp sesame oil, 1tsp soy sauce. Toss mushrooms in dressing. Top with sesame seeds and/or spring onion.

Savoy cabbage #banchan:
Savoy cabbage cut into thin shreds and steamed for 5 mins.
Mixed with some finely sliced spring onion.
Dressing: 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp freshly toasted sesame seeds. Picture taken after all mixed up.

Cut 1 aub in half along length & steam, 7 mins. When not burning hot, peel. Allow to cool. Wring out (hard). Rip into strips. Mix with 1 chopped spring onion & a large clove of garlic, crushed.
Dress: 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp freshly toasted sesame seeds.

I tried this with white onion and red onion. I recommend finer slicing, per the pic on the left. Soak sliced onion in water for 30 mins.
Dress with:
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp caster sugar
1 tbsp water
1 tsp mirin
Leave for another 30 mins.
