These are banned cards that can come back. Kitkallos is limited but the other tear cards will join her in that spot. Spyrals need her back. At three.
We have limits and semi limits being changed around to mainly unlimits but the side deck consists of the cards being banned. The recent banlist was a mistake in some parts. I will be getting to the cards in unlimited zones but it'll be a bit. And in several parts.
