Mood at #BanffMediaFestival might be best described as politely furious. After CRTC chair Vicky Eatrides comes out to essentially say promises of C-11 are coming, be patient, Rogers’ Colette Watson stresses, “We’ve been thinking of modernizing for 10 years. …We need fewer rules”
