In 1971 at 20yrs old & able 2 afford 2 buy a brand new semi detached bungalow with garage & gardens, whilst earning modest salaries & without help of #BankOfMumAndDad for our deposit. Didn't go out much & had saved up for previous 18 months. Our Bungalow doubled in value 2yrs later when we sold it.
