Bay Minette council approves ARPA-funded splash pad, authorizes hotel demolition and other routine measures At its April 4 meeting the City Council of Bay Minette unanimously approved payables and six resolutions, including ARPA-funded purchase and installation of a splash pad at Ulmer Park and authorization to accept a demolition agreement for the old City Hotel at 101 Hand Avenue.
