My contract with #BeFibre, part of the #ZZOOMM family expires on Sunday. I renewed the contract last week, however my Internet went down the same day due to #OpenReach work. BeFibre cannot send an engineer out til 16/03. Customer service has been poor. I've been told that I cannot cancel my renewal
