Server Safety Investigation Yesterday, at 10:02 PM ET, Beacon was brought offline for investigation of a reported means to forcibly join a user without their consent and abuse client-side scripts. Since this is an issue that exploits the game's peer to peer capabilities, it would not be able to be mitigated by any custom server. This is a cautionary measure: no P2P attacks have been confirmed or reported. We are investigating the safety and feasibility of continuing service for Beacon. We are aiming to have a definitive answer about the immediate future of Beacon within the coming days. Rest assured, we are committed to finding solutions to continue enjoying our favorite game together. In the meantime, here's what you can do to keep up with what's going on: Ensure you are subscribed to Beacon notifications or server status announcement roles in Channels & Roles Keep an eye on our status-history channel to look for changes in the game server status.
