His nipples and navel are pierced with large crooked rings that look like the ones put in cattle’s noses to lead them about. He has an impressive set of horns on his head, and he’s ogling the camera with hooded eyes and a bitten lip: a speech bubble shaped like a puff of air has a dark heart in it. There’s a healed-over skin transplant scar on his left forearm, and he has what appears to be an erection.
