An Eastern giant swallowtail on a clover. Its wings are partially open. The large butterfly is mostly black with multiple yellow spots forming a diagonal down the middle of its upper wing, with a couple of other yellow lines branching off from that out to the edge of the wing. The lower wings has a yellow line going across the bottom of the wing. The wings have tails on them that are black with a yellow spot in the middle.
