For the medium #BendOne, we recommend inflating it up to around 9 cm (about 3.5”) in diameter. That should give you plenty of fun without being too overwhelming while you’re still getting comfortable. 😄

Just ordered the medium #BendOne, no way can I handle a 14” knot just yet. Does anyone know how wide the medium inflates?
