The headquarters of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) are situated at 1601 Broadway in the heart of Times Square, New York City.

Edmund C. Berkeley left two legacies: his 1949 book, “Giant Brains, or Machines That Think,” and a 2021 issue of Communications of the ACM, the flagship publication of the computing society he co-founded in 1947.
