Bid rigging cartel case: Six companies face financial penalties – MyCC KUALA LUMPUR: Six companies face financial penalties after the Malaysian Competition Commission (MyCC) issued a Proposed Decision regarding their involvement in a bid rigging cartel involving the Kluang Prison Department procurement. MyCC chairman Tan Sri Idrus Harun said the case involved 16 quotations and one tender with a procurement value between RM30,000 and RM3 million, involving a total amount of RM7.3 million.
