Released a new version of #BigTrace with some improvements (32-bit file support, shaded volume rendering).
+ I was able to fix a bug in spatial pose interpolation.
The previous implementation (taken from BDV, left) was giving strange detours. In comparison, the new simpler one (right) seems ok.

Automatic filament tracing in 3D data is now only a few clicks (or one macro) away! In the amazing #BigTrace FIJI plugin by @ekatrukha.bsky.social 🤩

My workflow will be to autotrace and then manually correct the autotraces, reducing the time for our tracing significantly!

I think I'm getting addicted to new #BigTrace in #Fiji by @ekatrukha.bsky.social 😅 So satisfying!
