3 - the best #BikeInfra is curb-separated, one-way, street-level bikeways. All travelers are separated, in spaces where it is really easy to see who the intended user group is.

A bike lane in Brussels that previously had a dangerous height difference between the road and the bike path. Now, the issue has been fixed by leveling the road and the bike lane to the same height, ensuring a safer ride for cyclists.

From northern WI? Yeah, Minneapolis / St. Paul metro. Plenty of good #BikeInfra in both big cities but also in several western suburbs (St Louis Park, Hopkins, even Minnetonka).

Both meet definition of those words, but as someone who very much feels comfortable asserting my two-wheeled place in city traffic, I am very much NOT the latter (kids / less strong bikers shouldn't be expected to bike as I often do). And, I'd personally rather have separated #BikeInfra for me, too.

This is probably wrong but I think of a Vehicular Cyclist as someone who can keep up with city traffic speeds and is confident taking the lane when necessary, and not someone who necessarily thinks that all cyclists should be able to do those things? #urbancycling #bikeinfra
