It's #BikeMonth in Toronto so, obviously, before 7:30AM @tps.ca were handing out fail to stop tickets to cyclists in a park where cyclists not stopping has resulted in (checks notes) no serious injuries. Whereas pedestrians are regularly being killed by motorists at intersections across the city 1/2
