𝗣𝗶𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗘𝗻𝗴): A female Stonechat perches on a dry, woody stem of a seasonal plant that, at this time of year, the beginning of spring, still dominates the Castilian countryside. The bird looks towards the viewer from one of the places it uses to observe and hunt the insects on which it feeds. 𝗣𝗶𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗘𝗻𝗴): A female stonechat clings with its tiny legs to a bulrush, the spike of which can be seen at the bottom of the image. The background is neutral gray due to the bokeh effect of the telephoto zoom. The female has a brown head, back, and wings, and an orange breast. 𝗣𝗶𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗘𝗻𝗴): A male stonechat perched on the top of a bulrush, its inflorescence being shed by the wind. In this image, the background is also gray due to the bokeh effect. The male's plumage pattern is characterized by a black head with a white band across the upper neck, and, like the female, it also has an orange breast. 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝗰𝗶𝗼́𝗻 (𝗘𝘀𝗽): Un macho de tarabilla posado en el extremo de una espadaña, cuya inflorescencia se está deshaciéndo a causa del viento. Quan ixes a fer fotos a ocells és molt important fixar-se en els marges dels camins, doncs sol ser un bon lloc per trobar cagamànecs, entre molts altres pardalets.

Comencen a vore's en abundància els cagamànecs. En cada passeig matiner que faig amb Martí en veig uns quants. M'encanta esta fotografia perquè crec que il·lustra molt bé el nom de l'ocell en valencià.
