7/15 I've been watching Washington DC jealously the past week. Pulled out my t-shirt. #BlackJoyMatters and happens most often when we can be in community with each other.

Marinated chicken overnight in apple juice, fresh rosemary, thyme & sage. Did the same with apples. Put the meat in a stock pot, put in carrots for 15 min. Then the apples for 15 more. PUT MY FOOT IN IT. HIGH protein, low carb. And THIS is how I look. #HotMomSummer #BlackJoyMatters #LetHerCook
