The biggest #BlueRibbonFail of #NephMadness is CAR-T. Very cool immunology, perhaps useful in extremely severe autoimmunity, but overall impact on nephrology? Next to nil. Too toxic, too hard to scale.

There is no signal of harm with HDF, there is evidence of benefit (with caveats as outlined)
Why not use it in pts who meet CONVINCE enrollment criteria?
FMC is going to sort out the cost here in the US so no whining about that
