#BlueSkyScienceFolk: Does anyone have good resources for writing LORs for female students (i.e., words and phrases to avoid gender bias)?
For what its worth, writing LORs was the #HellYa I needed today. I have awesome students, and I'm lucky I get to facilitate their growth as scientists.
