Municipality runs road to Bolafjall - RÚV.is RÚV.is

Responsibility for operating the #road to #Bolafjall has been transferred from the #Ministry for Foreign Affairs to #Bolungarvík #municipality.

#Bolafjall is the #mountain which overlooks the town of #Bolungarvík. It has incredible views over #Ísafjarðardjúp - if not actually, as claimed, to #Greenland. RÚV English #Radio visited in mid-June, and there was still plenty of #snow on the ground.
