Ended up selling one portion of my #dal makhani (350 grams) and 4 aloo parathas (130 g per paratha) in my building tonight, for #dinner.
Ate the same for my dinner too and it is SO GOOD.
(Did I mention paratha was made in homemade bengali style ghee😋)

Tonight's dinner - A steel plate with 3 compartments and One of them contains dal makhani, the other contains mint raita and the biggest compartment contains mixed veg pulao. You can see veggies like cute French beans, peas, diced carrots in this pulao which is garnished with a couple of fried cashew nuts. Steel plate is kept in a black stone slab on my kitchen.

We cleaned a lot of fresh mint today and some of it was used to make mint raita. The perfect side for today's dinner: mixed veg pulao and dal makhani. YUM. 🍜
