There are three main sources for the ArcGIS maps above: Blomberg/Esri (blue dash), M. Palavido (green area), and my maps (red area). A comparison of the maps shows that Bloomberg and Palavido used the coastline to act as the basis for the Border Zone, whereas I used the External Boundary 12 nautical miles offshore. Another difference is revealed when the maps are compared: Bloomberg and I used 100 nautical miles to delimit the Border Zone, whereas Palavido used statute miles.
