Seahorse, pipefish, bellowsfish and a dolphin swim in a varied seascape amid diverse corals and sponges.

In the wake of the bottom trawl, the turbulent water is swirling with dead fish and broken fragments of coral, while the seabed has been scraped and flattened.

These are dwarfed by the huge scale of new threats. Life amid the 3-dimensionality of a thriving habitat contrasts with the flattened desert & devastated seabed after the passage of a bottom trawl.
