Absolutely 💯 . I'm still seething - especially when new government comes in talking about how they will 'reset' Brexit, whilst continuing to play the #BrexitEndgame with the UK's land and assets in 'freeports' (mostly foreign) investments.

Has anyone considered that this maybe why Starmer is only 'tinkering round the edges' of a European Coalition - so that they can be blamed when our 'freezones' not being in line with EU policy make our return impossible? 🤔

I've always considered this the #BrexitEndgame. IMO there's no better commentary than @europeanpowell.bsky.social - via threads or substack - on the foundation/current aspects of Special Economic Zones, Freeports (or whatever they choose to call the Corporate divvying up of UK). 1/2

Good point. I also believe @europeanpowell.bsky.social has 'nailed it' in his last two substack messages. He has been relentless in trying to get this same message across about the Brexit Trojan 🐴.

Presumably the potential AI contracts would be on same terms as SEZs ie 25 year contracts. Has the EU side of Coalition of the Willing expressed any caution - in dealings with Starmer - regarding their not allowing non-competitive contracts (thereby restricting EU membership)?

Thanks for this confirmation. Wasn't aware 'til yr recent post, these 'Courts' were also corporate World Bank set-ups. This somehow amplifies queries behind Starmer (ex CPS) being so easily involved in SEZs and following up on a Sunak/Romer/Truss/HeritageFoundation etc etc project. #BrexitEndgame
