Two weeks #sober. Signed up with #BridgesToChange for #IOP. In #SmartRecovery meetings. Hitting that #gym 3-5x a week. I got no time for #BadHabits, #drama, or people who aren't on my level or higher trying to live a #healthy, #happy, and #sober life.
I know Im doing all the right things. Im in #IOP with #BridgestoChange. Im in regular #counseling & have a psych & take psych meds. I pray every day twice a day at least. Still living with #ChronicPain, #CPTSD, #MDD, #ADHD, & #OCD, the #trauma & without #friends or a strong support system is hard.
#BridgesToChange #Outpatient intake this afternoon 1:30PM. Wish me luck on my #recovery journey and continue to pray for me. Pray that God will give me the strength to resist temptation and build better stress management skills and habits. #recovery #rehab #soberliving
Doing good. Staying sober even after I got paid. Back in #SmartRecovery meetings. Getting an intake done next week by #BridgesToChange. So on top of my other week counseling and stress management group I'll also be in at least three #CleanAndSober groups to help with my #recovery from various DOCs.
