Y'all, my friends are saying this recipe I made last year was " #cursed " and " #wrong ". But I don't see anything wrong with this. It's #bluecheese crumpled up on #grapejelly on toasted #briochebuns and then a #bubba brand #hamburger in the middle.

What this needed was #onions and #arugula.

Brioche Buns using a "fold and rest" kneading method and a cold rise:

Dough: Mix 350g flour, 50g sugar, 6g yeast, 6g salt. Add 150ml warm milk, 2 eggs. Mix, then add 100g soft butter. Rest 30m. Fold dough 4x (1hr rests). Chill overnight.
