it's a photo from the UK during Storm Arwen. A green wheelie bin is flying in the air as almost roof height. It's just missing the cables coming off a nearby telegraph pole. Whoever posted it on Shitter announced: 'Well, that'd the bin out 4 days early'.

Storm Floris on the way apparently; I've got my bins sheltered in the carport just in case.
