Every Tuesday I would go to the track and do speed work put on by Fraser Street (Run Crew in Vancouver).

1000 at HMP, 600 at 10KP–1 min rest
1200 at HMP, 400 at 5KP–1 min rest
1400 at 10KP, 200 at Mile Pace–1 min rest
1200 at 10KP, 400 at 3KP–1 min rest
