Nate made this meat today his own recipe... goodness the thing melts in your mouth.
I almost ate it all before I remembered to take a pic.
It was made with beef filet which was then cut into slim strips and marinated for a couple of hours.

Soft Cacao Sugar Cookies! Okay, a bag of Betty Crocker mix with the added ingredients of one egg and one stick of unsalted butter, then I added 3 1/2 T of Cacao. Cookies are small, baked ten minutes. The taste is dreamy!!

First round turned out perfect!
