Breakfast: bread from Lörz Bakery, Karlsruhe, Germnay and Crottin Chavignol (goat cheese) from the Loire Valley.

Lunch: turkey steak with curry, champignons and sweet pepper.

2024 Pinot gris from Maison Jülg, Alsace, France, very good with the turkey steak.

Dinner and three things I love: Good Wine (the 2022 Saperavi I already described), Good Food (pasta with bacon, sausage, onion, garlic, champignons, sweet pepper, soy sauce, tomato, chili), Good Read (Flood, Andrew H. Vachss).
