I gave in and picked up some color shifting airbrush paint. Did a test paint using the base for Buster Doll Knight.
Black primer underneath, as instructed. Will give this another coat or two and then finish with a high gloss.
Experiment: successful. So far.

体の変更(一)
養神館合気道の基本動作という身体の運用方法を学ぶ型。
私は体の変更について、腕の内旋ならびに外旋運動は、前腕で旋回するのではなく、肩関節で旋回させる事を学ぶ型と捉えている。
それ故、構えの時に身体の中心線にあった両掌が、肩の延長線に移動する。
もし前腕で旋回したならば、両掌は身体の中心線から移動しない。
このプラモデルは、この理論を体現してくれた。
