Muirhevnamir social circle is breaking the pandemic of loneliness By MARGARET RODDY 🇮🇪 is the loneliest place in🇪🇺according to a survey 🇪🇺Commission's Joint Research Centre which found that over 20% of respondents declared themselves "lonely"This is backed up by a research report by🇮🇪Life that found 1 out of 3 adults described themselves as "isolated" or "Lonely" People can find themselves experiencing loneliness for a rariety of reasons. They may be bereaved or divorced, their children may have grown up and left home, they may be recently retired or have moved lo a new community. One organisation in Co Louth that is helping to give people a way out of isolation is the Social Circle which meets in Muirhevamor Community Centre. At its core is a group of women.
