Swalwell is toast and that’s a GOOD thing (although the reason why is horrible). He was the worst of the leading Dem candidates.
Now can we get all the other Dems polling in single digits to drop out too? Otherwise we still run the risk of NO Dem making the general election.

FYI, It's too late to remove Eric Swalwell from the ballot, as the deadline to do just that passed in March. Primary ballots are to be mailed to all voters on May 4. #CAGov
Swalwell was spending ~$8.5K a day over the last few days on Facebook + Instagram ads - which isn't a ton, but isn't nothing
He spent ~$94K so far this year on Meta political ads
And was spending more this year, in his run for #CAGov, than back when he ran for President in 2020

Probability to advance to Nov now, no unforeseen circumstances:

🔹Bianco (R): 40%

If the Dem vote stays split among many, a lockout is a real threat
The other race I'm paying significant attention to is #CAGov, a hot mess.
For those who don't know, California has a jungle primary, which means the top two candidates of any party move forward to the general election, like a runoff.
And right now, Republicans will have somebody on the ballot.
