Los Angeles tenants Occupy City Hall! Dozens of tenants and community members held space at LA City Hall to demand the City Council Lower the Rent! The Keep LA Housed coalition is calling on our electeds to #CapTheRentAt3 % to protect more families from becoming unhoused. We want the following:

About 70 community members gathered in Watts for a town hall to hear why Councilmember Tim McOsker and the rest of the LA City Council must #CapTheRentAt3 %! We need Councilmember McOsker to take action as so many tenants are struggling with rent hikes that are increasingly unsustainable.
