Thank you for being forthright. I found nothing in the #CARoyalComm but will certainly look at the Victoria scheme documentation as you suggest. Here is data from NSW. Equally important figure is 'substantiations'. It's an excellent outcome for a public policy. Most reports are 'suspected' #CSA.
